“The Villages Insurance has opened many doors for me so far in my career, I have been able to expand my education and expertise. I love being able to help people protect important aspects in their life,” stated Allen when asked why she chose to seek employment with TVIP. Allen has formal education in Marketing and Public Relations, she began her career in insurance with a State Farm agency in Ocala, FL from 2018-2020.
Skillman’s insurance background includes 3 years, 2016-2019, with a State Farm agency out of Orlando, Florida. “The Villages Insurance isn’t just a job,” expresses Skillman when asked what made The Villages Insurance Partners different than any other place. “It’s a community of people who are genuinely looking out for each other and their clients. You feel a real sense of pride surrounded by an entire group of colleagues all working towards a common goal. The Villages Insurance doesn’t just market themselves as caring for their community, they lead by example.”.
