The Villages Insurance Partners Hires State Farm Employees

The Villages, FL (September 15, 2020) – The Villages Insurance Partners welcomes three former State Farm employees to its Personal Lines Insurance team. Specializing in home, auto and golf car insurance; Chelsea Allen, Julia Skillman and Lacey Maher collectively bring over 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry to the agency.

 

Chelsea Allen, Julia Skillman, and Lacey Maher joined The Villages Insurance Partners (TVIP) in July 2020 and have successfully completed TVIP’s extensive training program.

 

“The Villages Insurance has opened many doors for me so far in my career, I have been able to expand my education and expertise. I love being able to help people protect important aspects in their life,” stated Allen when asked why she chose to seek employment with TVIP. Allen has formal education in Marketing and Public Relations, she began her career in insurance with a State Farm agency in Ocala, FL from 2018-2020.

 

Skillman’s insurance background includes 3 years, 2016-2019, with a State Farm agency out of Orlando, Florida. “The Villages Insurance isn’t just a job,” expresses Skillman when asked what made The Villages Insurance Partners different than any other place. “It’s a community of people who are genuinely looking out for each other and their clients. Skillman also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Worship Ministry with an Operatic Minor.

 

Maher worked in State Farm Auto Claims in Tacoma, WA from 2014-2017 then moved into sales as a State Farm agent in Lady Lake, FL where she remained employed from 2017-2020. When asked what brought her to The Villages Insurance Partners Maher states, “I have always enjoyed working with the community, and The Villages Insurance has an impeccable reputation for being involved in the community in an altruistic way. The longevity of the collective team that works here speaks volumes to the fact that they also care about their employees as much as the community, and that to me is a recipe for success in any career.”
